Market vegetables from A-Z!.  We focus mostly on French and Italian vegetables, with some our seeds coming from these regions. It's our goal to grow the best-cooking varieties we can find, so we are always trying new seeds. We are not certified, but we do practice all organic growing techniques.  An orchard of about 60 trees provides cherries, plums, apples, and pears.  

Grass-Fed Lamb

We are taking a break from raising lamb this year. We are keeping some of our old blood lines, and adding new genetics to our flock.  This transition should take us a couple of years and result in a sustainable flock of sheep.

Pastured Chickens

We will be selling our chickens at market this year!
